  1. Your comfort zone is not a place where you should stay

Because that’s one big place where you spread your fears and anxieties. Every day you need to do something different, something new, the proportions don’t matter, the only thing that makes sense is that you feel alive. The comfort zone is not a good place for your growth – routine and uniformity are the creations of fear.

That why you should get to know your fears. Be honest with yourself. Ask yourself – what’s the worst thing that can happen? Very often, the answers to this question are banal. There is nothing you can’t be or that you can’t change.

 

  1. Perfect doesn’t exist

Perfectionism can make us vulnerable, it brings us to a state where we question ourselves too much. Too much thinking can sabotage us. That’s why you should allow yourself to make mistakes. You learn from mistakes and when you understand them – you grow.

 

  1. Don’t reconcile yourself to defeat

 

Don’t give up. There is always a solution. Maybe it’s not always what we imagined it to be but life brings us what’s best for us. When we decide it. That’s why you should decide to be persistent to make your life as beautiful as you can. Be important to yourself. Confidence grows out of love to yourself.

 

  1. Become your own ally

 

Self-criticism is acceptable when we find useful directives in it to make ourselves even better. But when it becomes a constant, self-confidence doesn’t have enough room to grow. Next time you tell yourself off, stop right there and turn a negative criticism into an affirmation. What is your justification for being so hard on yourself?
